Free and Reduced Lunch Application

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Children need healthy meals to learn. The Charles School offers healthy meals every school day. Lunch costs $2.85. Your children may qualify for free meals or for reduced price meals. Reduced price is $.40 for lunch.

We feel that it is important to offer a healthy lunch to our students but in order for this to continue to be successful we must be able to sell a minimum of fifty lunches per day.  Students will be asked to pre-oder & per-pay for their lunches the preceding week. Menus will be announced & meals can be ordered at the front desk from 7-7:30. Price for the lunches is $2.85. If you are eligible for a free or reduced price lunch, you must still p lace an order for the meal. It will not be automatically assumed that you want the lunch!
