At The Charles School, experienced teachers prepare students for college-level work in small classes that guarantee individual attention to learning styles and student needs. All aspects of teaching and learning at The Charles School are enriched by technology and on-line support that complement accelerated classroom work.
Among our staff, many hold master's degrees and some hold doctorates. All teachers hold certification with the state of Ohio, in addition to their bachelor's degrees. Advisory groups meeting twice weekly throughout the year enables teachers to help guide all aspects of student development. In addition to their teaching and/or other duties, staff also serve as student advisors for small groups of 15-20 students. Meeting with the same advisory group twice weekly throughout the year enables teachers to help guide all aspects of student development.
